  1. I wouldn’t say yes. Besides, I find it absurd to point out the off-importance of skin colours.

    Back to the answer of the questions: Around 1/3 is white, and the reason of that is many Turk (say Men because pedigree goes by fathers lastname) married with non-Turks. Majority of remaining is tall people, with darker hairy skin,and especialy while going towards east this statement holds true, less men are married with non-Turks but rich people are married with them.( If you are blonde & white you are attractive,that is the common sense about here)

    So you would consider many Turks as “white”, but you wouldn’t say Turks are considered “white”
