    It is healthy to be a vegan or vegetarian than to eat non vegetarian dishes .

    So we should be vegetarian or vegan or not non vegetarian.

    We should depend on nature or vice versa through vegetarian diet.

    The vegetarian and vegan are same but latter avoids dairy products also (most/many vegetarians eat egg while some groups of vegans tend to omit all products that exploit other sentient species, such as leather and even honey).

    Vegetarian dishes are very healthy for human beings because by nature humans are vegetarian.

    I was also non-vegetarian but after reading its benefits , I switched over to enjoy vegetarian dishes only.

    Human anatomy is the proof for this.

    Vegetarian diet is the best .We can prove this by understanding its benefits on human body .

    For this we should compare vegetarian animal(herbivorous )and non vegetarian(carnivorous ) anima’s diet , habit and their anatomy to prove this.
