Can a Pakistan Army officer do corruption? If yes, how much do they earn from corruption, and what happens if they get caught?

If they get caught court marshal and dishonorable discharge. Dishonorable discharge is like public shaming, you stand in front of your platoon and your badges are ripped off you uniform, essentially tearing parts of your uniform.

As for how much? The only branches of military that can do corruption and earn from it is MES (military engineering service), or to some extent CMHs (Health Services). How much? Well my brother in-law worked with a CMH (combined military hospital) as a contractor, he was offered 50%, all he had to do was present bills worth Rs. 20 million and score the 50%, Rs. 10 million (1 Caror).

As for Army very little corruption, my cousin is married to a Major, the only lavish life style they enjoy is provided by army. Outside army they are lower middle class.
