  1. Technically the human body can (supposedly) live off just water for like over 2 months. So water and cheese sandwiches is a step up. But that doesn’t mean you SHOULD eat only this. Permanently? As in forever? For 70 years? You won’t make it.

    Get some variety. There are so many different tastes and flavours out there. Whether the issue is boredom, time, inability to cook, dieting, poverty.. whatever. There are options.
