No, it is not extended as of now. One can expect a different type of lockdown after April the 14th, if we are unable to stop the spread. The Government is identifying hotspots to be marked as red zones.

Presently the lockdown is in force in India upto April 14, 2020. The government will take stock of the situation, closer to the deadline, and analyse the available data, and announce the remedial actions, it deems appropriate, for the prevailing situation then.

To my mind, the present COVID19 trend of new cases and fatalities, hints at a further extension of the lockdown, for which all of us should be mentally prepared.
