  1. I have, as a matter of fact, committed a crime.

    Let’s set the scene here…

Once upon a time, there was an 8 year old William, strolling around the village in which he lived. He was extremely bored and had nothing to do, so he decided to go to the store that was closest to him.

So what his 8 year old self did, was naturally, to go to the aisle with all of the candy in it. What followed, were to be the most intense moments of his life, ever…

So basically, the aisle looked somewhat like this,

and of course, being a little kid, he loved all of it. The colours, the flavours, the different combinations of aesthetically pleasing shapes and even the names were attractive.

But poor little William found himself without money at the time, and he sure as hell wasn’t going to go home and beg his mother for money. He knew that would be pointless in and of itself. What he did instead was to take one piece of candy from each one of the containers, and ate them!

After he had done that, he faced one, single, fatal problem. The whole time, there had been a security camera overlooking the aisle that he hadn’t noticed. He quickly ran out of the store, and never returned again for years to come. He was so afraid of getting arrested for it.

This kids, is why you don’t take drugs.

Anyway. Yes, I have committed a crime. I spent the next 3 years being terrified of it, only to realize that nobody ever noticed and that I wasn’t even legally allowed to be arrested.
