  1. KFC, by all accounts, uses rather common ingredients in its marinade and coating, and is as harmless as any fast food is likely to be. It is cooked in a proprietary pressure cooking method, which is also “health neutral”.
    KFC appears to state:

    Furthermore, FDA regulations prohibit adding hormones and steroids to all poultry in the United States, and KFC chickens are USDA inspected for quality before they’re delivered to our kitchens.

    So – specifically KFC appears to use no harmful ingredients nor does it use Frankenchickens in its operations.
