    You need to get a blood test to see where your levels are and then take some and retest to see if you are getting where you want to be. Some people are okay with having a level that is somewhere in the middle of the range, but I am mostly better with things at the TOP of the range. And that has been shown to have better “protection” from illness (especially many cancers) than lower levels.
