  1. Very quickly if they were not in Lock Down and The strictness of each lockdown order varies from city to city, but all are experiencing a halt to public transport services.

In Wuhan (population 11 million) and nearby Huanggang (population 7.5 million), markets and cinemas have been closed, roads have been shut, and train stations and airports closed.

One report said Disney, the Great Wall and McDonalds have closed in other parts of china/countries.

Singapore — 3, if you have not heard.

The last total of infected people was 1400 people infected. The UK thinks is might be a lot more.

The Chinese are reporting about 1362 in China and the rest are world wide.

The CDC is also investigating more than 60 people in 22 states for a possible infection with the new virus, officials said Friday (Jan. 24). Eleven of those people have so far tested negative for the virus.

  2. It depends on how quickly can the government of each country deal with the problem at hand. There should be a clear protocol and strict measure on how to go about with people believed to be infected with this virus. There should be measures on flights coming not only from china but from other countries who will follow the same increase in the number of infected patients. There should be a swift study on how this virus works and come up with cures that can halt the spread of this virus

  3. Based on controlled information from China’s CCP, it can spread from person to person by air or by touch. The virus has also been shown to be highly mutable. The numbers seemed low, but we should not fully believe any numbers from the CCP. During the SARS pandemic, the CCP was moving infected patients around in buses to avoid the actual numbers from being reported by the WHO. Also, due to the CCP’s attempts to hide information during the early stages of this virus, there is likely more who have been exposed to the virus. Mainland Chinese travelers who are high risk are traveling in the same planes as other passengers, sharing the same air for over 10 hours to go to the US, Europe, Australia, India, Africa and many Southeast Asian countries. Add to the fact that Wuhan is the centre of China’s train system accommodating China’s largest travel for Chinese New Year, it is very likely the virus has been spread to many other unreported parts of China. Until the CCP takes preventive measures to avoid exposing the virus to the world, countries should take precautionary measures to restrict travelers from Mainland China.
