It is completely safe for an Indian to visit Pakistan. It would be much better if the question had been asked to Indians who have visited Pakistan.

Quite obvious if Pakistan wasn’t safe for Indians, Indians wouldn’t have seen 1000s of Indian Sikhs visiting Pakistan to their religious places. Moreover, none of the Indian actors and actresses would have visited Pakistan.

You can read experiences of 2 Indians who visited Pakistan and went back with a lot of great memories.
