Let’s put things in the right perspective. When an army gets bombed in some else territory is not an attack , but a defensive response. What happen if Syrian troops enter Turkey and Turkish jet attack the invader? What we will call that? Olive branch ?banana branch ? . I do agree Turkey needs a buffer zone to protect their people . Byzantines Allow the Slavs to move by north Balkan ,to buffer from the aggressive Germanic tribes . Germans nice now good economy plenty food ,that time was different ,they were land pirates. Now Turkey wants to have a buffer ,good decision, but do it in your own territory, not your neighbor, because that move will cause war . No one wants to donate 30 miles by …. . Now Turkey sends immigrants to Greece with rubber boats . I’m very sure the know and encourage that practice ,than should Greece invade Anatolia and create a 40 miles buffer zone ? I don’t think Turkey will agree on that . Turkey has problems with so called terrorist, create a buffer zone inside Turkish territory. So is no fighting in Syria ,and than line up all the Syrians and transfer into Syria . No problem for greece or turkey or the EU . And if some one attack turkey than nato should help with troops . It’s easier to seal the Turkish land borders than the Aegean Sea . But who say they do things right today ,many smart politicians ,menu stupid decisions. I hope better days for Turkey
