  1. No, not the acts of looting and vandalizing themselves although they are a crime punishable with loss of Rank and prison time. Many other armies do these things the American military are forbidden to do them. What we can take is intelligence gathering, phones, computers, papers anything the enemy was using to direct their troops. Stealing from banks or jewelry stores and things like that is forbidden for American troops.
