  1. A food is defined as matter that provides your body with necessary macronutrients (fats, proteins, carbohydrates) and micronutrients (vitamins and minerals). As such any food that provides any of these can be good for your health.

    It is not the food’s fault if you decide to eat too much or too little of a certain nutrient. Because you are free to mix and match foods to meet your needs.

    A lot of people think that hamburgers and french fries are not healthy, but if you happen to be short of fats, protein and salt, they could be the perfect meal. Everything depends on the situation.
