The mistake is that Italy is testing too many people and also those who have no contact with countries like China or South Korea, so the numbers are increasing.

It should take examples from other countries, such as France, which has done fewer than 500 tests in a month, or the USA, which tests few people and only in five states, or other countries that test only those who have flu symptoms and have contacts with countries where the virus has spread, and tell the population that this year the flu is more aggressive than usual and for this reason there are many more cases of pneumonia in hospitals.

Italy only had 3 cases of coronavirus that were healing until last Friday, when two outbreaks were discovered. I thought this would make other European countries understand that the search for the infected had to be done more seriously, but nothing has changed . Simply now they aren’t testing only those who have been to China or South Korea or Singapore but also those who have been to Italy, and everyone else can still have the illusion of having a normal flu and that everything is fine.

In fact, apparently for many it’s normal that in a small area of villages lost in the Italian countryside that people have never heard of there are hundreds of infected people but in cities full of tourists from all over the world such as Paris, London and New York there are no sick people…
