  1. In my opinion the response to the Ebola outbreak was a relative success. Exported cases were identified rapidly and treated appropriately. However any global response is going to be slower than any regional or national response and these responses have to be amplified in the future. Many African countries have dawdled through healthcare reforms. Policy formation has been defined by the WHO which is a one size fits all framework for the developing country. The national health ministries have not tailored health policy to its regional demographics. I would like this to change for future outbreaks.
