China because they have displayed great restraint and wisdom in letting the Hongkies shoot themselves in the foot.

They don’t even have to do anything but wait — The more violent and radical the protestors become, they better it is for China.

Finally, the Hongkies show their true selves.

Through their increasingly violent protests, the Rioters reveal that the proper, rational, professional, and intelligent idea of Hong Kong was merely just an act.

The real Hongkie is actually a revolutionary who complain because their standard of living isn’t high enough.

Boo hoo.

This is how our poor people in my country live live.

Hongkong is poor?

Oh please.

I know they are poorer than before, but there are way poorer people in neighboring Asian countries!

Hongkong residents, despite not being super rich, still have it made.

The ironic part is, China didn’t have to do anything. All they had to do was to allow Hongkong locals to attack fellow Hong Kong locals. Bravo!

See any Mainland authorities meddling?

It’s Hong Kong locals (protestors) attacking fellow Hong Kong locals (police).

By NOT engaging, China has shown great wisdom and show they are in full control of the situation. They’re there if things get super rough, but let the locals throw punches against each other until they DESTROY THEIR OWN ECONOMY.

The faster Hong Kong destroys its own economy, the easier Hong Kong will bend the knee. A weak city will not have the energy to fight after fighting with each other.

China has also finally realized the truth — that Hong Kong is not dependable and won’t blindly follow its policies. It’s like this rebellious teenager who can’t stop embarrassing his parents and who don’t ever listen.

So why develop Hong Kong more?

Best to just isolate them and ignore them, and develop the other Chinese cities to Hong Kong’s detriment.

Pass the popcorn, please!

The situation is so tragic for Hong Kong, it’s funny.

China is laughing all the way to the bank. This will end in tears for local Hong Kong residents.

Singapore will also benefit.

After Hongkong has gone crazy, there’s only Singapore that’s next to be the intelligent, rationale, Westernized country in Asia that’s less corrupt, business friendly, and very rational.

Singapore is sane, rational, boring and predictable. Perfect for businesses and investments!

Actually, everyone else will benefit. The only losers are the local Hong Kong residents, and those who invested in the Hong Kong stock and real estate market.

After what they have allowed to do to themselves, who would want to invest in Hong Kong? That country is literally cray-cray!

I love Hong Kong and lived there for many years. So I am pro Hong Kong.

But it hurts me to say this — if the protestors don’t STOP, then they have nobody but themselves to blame if nobody does business with them anymore.

Who wants to do business with an unpredictable, irrational and violent area?

So stop! Before you do anymore damage!
