Why are people so fast to judge with only having one piece of the whole story?

  1. Nothing satisfies our inherently self-serving, self-justifying, egotistic nature more than judging others negatively, proving to ourselves that we are better, higher than them.

    Thus we don’t really care about the whole story, we care only for those bits that allow us to criticize others, find them lower than ourselves.

    In order to see the whole truth, to get an objective picture we would need to learn how to look at others and the whole reality outside of our inherently egocentric, subjective bubble through the desires, viewpoints of others.
