Why are there so many drugs?

That’s because “drugs” is an arbitrary definition of categorization imposed onto what is an infinite set of circumstances.

It’s why you can’t win a war on drugs and it’s why sometimes one thing is a drug and sometimes that same thing is medicine and sometimes, if you’re lucky, that same thing is also for sale and marketed directly to kids.

In the projects, drug addiction is a moral issue, but in the suburbs drug addiction is a public health concern.
