This is the Chinese New Year period. Millions of people travel across the country back home to celebrate. Wuhan has the most college students of many large cities, home of 11 million people in one city.
The outbreak started in December.
Before the quarantine, many sick people left the city and fled to other parts of China.
N95 masks are sold out across the country. And many are left without masks.
All hospitals are full and people were sent home sick and many were refused diagnosis because they would have to be in official tally once tested positive.
Many died at hospital and left for hours as staff are busy with patients.
Thoughts and prayer to people of Wuhan.
All public roads are shut down, no cars allowed. No public transportation of any kind in quarantined zones, which has an estimated area of 20 million Chinese.
Twitter has many videos about the Wuhan corona virus.
Wuhan hospitals now publicly ask for donations of medical masks and gear because of shortage. Many staff are infected and you can find their videos on YouTube.
